Surprising Moss

I found this tiny moss that was growing on a small tree. Or at least I believe it's moss. (If it's something else, let me know) It looks like it is has tiny blooms on it which I thought were a bit fascinating. It does remind me of a bouquet of pink roses... Not that anyone else may see that, but that's me :)
