hellebore

still struggling with using the macro lense when I'm wearing my specs, as opposed to my contact lenses. even using auto focus, (though I usually use manual with macro,) what looks very sharp through the viewfinder, isn't in reality. think i need to alter the diopter but not sure what to do, ie if i alter what i see with my specs on, do i need to alter it again if i am wearing my contacts?

any help would be much appreciated.
