There she goes

A quick detour through the laburnum arch in the secret garden on the way to find the graveyard geocache.

This was after a spinning class from hell with the unstoppable duracel bunny that is Jamie. The person on the bike next to me turned to me after half an hour and said "I think I'm going to throw up". I nearly threw up when I got home to find Mrs Smith had taken the top of her thumb off with a scalpel. Much antiseptic swabbing and a number of plasters later and she's decided to drink her way through the pain and hope the skin will knot together again without stitches. They're made from tough stuff in the North East of England.

The eldest is making dinner for us all - salmon baked in french mustard, honey and dill so better go and uncork something cheap, cheeky and cold - speaking of which, the new fridge has arrived so the whippet is grumpy at the steep decline in scavenging opportunities but the rest of us are mighty relieved.
