Shift

Niamh and Willow went to the airport this morning. En route for Mangawhai. They are both going to be kept together! Which is pretty darned wonderful.

I know some amazing people. People who aren't afraid to tell me what I need to hear, even if it's not really what I want to hear.

Headache still in situ. Ready for it to leave now please.

Maybe need to book in a neck and shoulder massage this week. That might shift it, and this mood that I'm in.
