Something soft

I found this tall potted plant that really doesn't appeal to me...its just an ordinary thing that grows in our neighbor's house. But last time I visited, it had a fruit that looks so weird as it has a hair like spikes growing around it..again it didn't interest me at all...
Anyways...I was there again today the fruit opened and here comes these flying things similar to a dandelion except that they are much bigger in size. It is one of the prettiest things I've ever seen. Imagine when you blow off the regular dandelion, you see all feathery things flying...but this one its much bigger .. a little bit thicker but just the same they look so beautiful. I was told that it was called "cotton ball plant" but i didn't find any on line..I will definitely look for that plant in our local orchidarium.

Beauty doesn't need ornaments. Softness can't bear the weight of ornaments.
