take a bow...........
well every day brings another little surprise. this one was my own doing. although not really as it was brought about by being in the office for five minutes this morning. during that time i managed to work out that i could tidy up all i needed to so i could leave with a clear conscience by wednesday. so a quick email to HR later and i am now finishing on wednesday and still being payed until the 5th of march. this is a good thing as i can get a couple of days of half term with baby McD.
also following on from Scobe's sound advice from yesterdays blip, i have taken a "reasons to be cheerful" blip. now i'm not saying that birds are a reason to be cheerful and i'm definately not getting all tree hugger here but they are beautiful creatures. i don't imagine there are many of us who haven't looked at them at one time or another and wished, just for a moment that they could change places and know what it's really like to swoop and soar and really feel the wind under our wings. anyway as i said, not all tree hugger like but i am happy to be able to take pics of them. this then made me cheerful. you see i was getting worried about repeating shots over and over again. i don't want you lot to get bored. but then this is my blip and i shouldn't really care what you lot think........still you can't, well i can't, help but wonder what folk are thinking when they look at my pics or read my blogs.
so as i said i have taken scobes advice and found a reason to be cheerful. i like taking bird blips and i love the challenge of trying to get that great in-flight shot. i may even do a run of smoke blips. i only stopped as it seemed a bit repetitive and i don't want you lot getting bored now, do i.
so another bird shot but this time it's of one preening itself, although i thought he was about to take a bow.
never mind, sorry for the lack of comments but i am using my sister-in-laws laptop this time and she wants to go to her bed.i shall try and fit a few in before i leave the office for the day.
have a good week folks
