Thanks to Antonia for letting me blip this today. I don't know them, but hopefully she'll get a copy of this.
We had a quick whizz at the beach after a lunch of leftovers. The season's beginning, but a lot of work needs to be done at the Port still.
The boys let me have my lie-in, but had caused a bit of havoc, so we set to and I had them singing away, scrubbing the kitchen happily (What did I do right?!) I bought some lovely Galician bread and Lebanse treats at the market this morning, and a ton of Mallorquin olives, because the boys were nicking Lidia's. We're off to hers now for a little party. I hope my offerings aren't do rubbish. I tried to make a sort of bacalao aioli. It was scrummy in Valencia, but not sure if I've got it right. Pass.
