Contemporary Urban Heiroglyphics

The Mary Magdalene Church on Moore Street, close to where I live, is a centre for the support of homeless people in Adelaide. Along the walls of the church hall are grey bricks, inscribed with names and symbols. At one level it looks like vandalism, but I am sure there is a story to it. I plan to investigate.
