Cooking Class
Today I took over a cooking class for a friend who is in hospital. I may have come a long way from the Edinburgh uni days of turkey burgers and microwave steam pudding ("just add boiling water"), but I was still quite nervous.
Menu: 2 kinds of quiche - Lorraine and spinach and cream cheese.
Pumpkin roulade with mascarpone cream & crystalized stem ginger.
Avocado lemon dessert.
