I know this is looking like a theme but it is so rare for women over 30 to agree to pose for me in London. I love that beauty is not reserved for the very young in France and women of all ages make an effort look their best I watched the waiter in the cafe flirt with her outrageously and I saw her pat his backside as she left.

She made me giggle when she told me that I shouldn't wear trainers unless I was exercising. "You must feel elegant to look elegant" Maybe she has a point.
