Ganesh

............. one of the powerful Hindi gods, this is a brass statue I bought while I was working over there. It wasn't quite an emergency blip as I wanted to see the difference when using a little Gizmo I bought a few weeks ago but forgot to take to Lisbon - its called a Lumi Quest Soft Screen and it fits over a built in flash unit which as we all know can be a tad on the harsh side. So does it work I think so I took two photographs using teh tripod so teh settings were exactly the same and yes I can see a difference and I prefer this one which had the screen over the flash - will this be something I use on a regular basis?? I doubt it - but its small and light so really its not a problem to carry on days out/holidays etc and certainly its a lot easier (and smaller) than my flash unit which I find way too complex to use.
