I shall make the most of the blipping qualities of this plant while I have still got it!

Interesting day at work - catalogued a copy of a book that was worth around £500. It is a 1979 Japanese reprint of a French book that was originally published in 1896. It gave me a chance to practice my Japanese, although I didn't get any further than being able to read 'Europe' from the title. Still, I was quite impressed with myself! The writing then went into kanji (the pictograms) so I didn't stand a chance. Still, I'm slowly progressing.

Have now got home, been for a short walk to chill out, but have now developed a stinking headache, so it wasn't quite the chilling out I was aiming for. Perhaps a nice cup of tea will sort it out - and some paracetamol. Need to get rid of it before I start on the wine later!
