Amsterdam: Roelof Hartplein...

Today was my first visit to Niels, a competent & friendly physiotherapist in my neighbourhood.
He had about the same injury with his ankle as me.
It took him about 18 month to recover completely...
OK, now I know that it will be possible to achieve the same.
He was very hopefull about my ankle.
I did produce good results with the different exercices, so although he is 31 and I'm twice his age... I can be recovered much sooner in his opinion.
So, that's good news and I will use the different exercises he showed me, to do them a few times a day at home.
