Mum and I have been to the Living North Spring Fair today at Newcastle Racecourse.

For me the hightlight was the cookery demonstration by the staff at the renowned Sachins restaurant in the town. They cooked 9 or 10 different things all of which were lip smackingly delicious.

This is the friendly team minus 'Bob' the boss as they cleared there pots and pans into the van to make way for the next cooks from Yo Sushi!

Didn't completely forget the hubby - I bought him a couple of Kudu burgers for his tea
