Finn and Family

Beautifull day for a walk, left the house at 9am and wandered back in around 11.15, we met up with a regular pack of dog walkers and had 12 dogs milling about together.

Had planned to do my long training run for the half marathon on Friday but opted for Thursday evening so after out 2+ hour walk we then went out and ran 9 miles, wasnt sure if Finn would stand the effort after his week of restrictetd excercse but he coped well at a steady pace and we ran the 9 miles in an hour and 48 minutes with a few stops to drink from streams and swim in the loch to cool down (dogs not runners).
