Faded Pink
"If we didn't live venturously, plucking the wild goat by the beard, and trembling over precipices, we should never be depressed, I've no doubt; but already should be faded, fatalistic and aged"
- Virginia Woolf
I took five photos today, and kept one. This one. I took it this evening in-between herding children, and the light was a bit low, so the shutter was slow, so it's not especially sharp. Consequently I played around with it in iPhoto a bit, and ended up liking it quite desaturated so the petals became a sort of a pinkish wash, making the fuzziness less obvious (I think).
I also quite like the bokeh.
