White Rose

I took loads of pictures today with the new macro lens and not happy with any of them. So, maybe someone can help tell me what's wrong here and how I could improve it. I think it looks grainy and it's also not sharp.

Not all doom and gloom - today was like a summer's day. I worked in the garden and sat out for lunch in my vest top - it was glorious!
