Mandrake Root

Not really, just some horseradish. Not sure all the effort is really going to be worth it, given that I like the jars of creamed horseradish just fine... Still, digging it up gave the kids some Merlin related fun.

Quiet day: lots of home school, including lots of science stuff with the microscope (who knew that would be a good way to get the kids to cut their toenails so they could look at them). Some baking, some tidying up in the garden and a lot of sitting in the sun looking at the sheets drying in the breeze.

No movement on anything of note, but I did manage to read the French contract and feel a bit more comfortable that we're ok. Just wish the French lawyer would confirm that I'm right to feel comfortable.
