Lunch!

If Heaven had a flavour, this would be it. A small bit. I omitted the spicy chilli sauce, went home and literally smacked my head. The sauce is crucial for this dish. I can't believe I actually forgot about it.

They weren't stingy with the shrimps. 3 good sized ones, the smaller of the bunch was hiding underneath the glorious noodles. Guess what? I am allergic to it. BAHAHAHAHAHA.
