Great walk this morning with juno, I could and should have just stayed outside today.

Work was a demand of decoding.

Great lunch chat at the gang hut with Scobes, Hope and Tractor factory.

Coaching was not great tonight, I let my frustartion get the better of me and I took it out on Eco daughter. Felt crap so took Juno out up the hill for a walk, I watched the lighthouses of the Forth signal to me.
