In the wars...Again!!

Well i`ve been in the Wars again!! Fell up some stairs, for the second time this month, and my knee took one hell of a wack!! Its all swollen and tender, oh and a wee carpet burn on it for good luck!

How it got this injury is another story, Today i was working with my teacher friend Katy, who`s class were performing at the dance festival. The hours and hours of hard work she`s done behind the scenes, and with the kids truely paid of with the class putting on (imo) the best performance of the festival.

It was my rushed attempts to get back into the hall to film the classes dance in which my injury happened, running up the stairs, at break neck speed and BOOM down like a ton of bricks...
