Dizzy

Couldnt stay at home today as the weather was brilliant , the sun was splitting the trees.
Decided to go to Glasgow and took a trip into the Lighthouse , which is situated between Buchanan Street and Mitchell Street in Mitchell lane.
A fantastic experience especially as my daughter , Leigh , used to work there.
There is a viewing platform that allows you to see virtually the whole of Glasgow and the Clyde Valley , from the Campsie Fells to the Cathkin Braes .
There is a staircase , pictured here , that takes you to the top of the tower and its a beauty to walk up.
I tried to take a pic from the top looking down but couldnt get into the centre of the spiral without leaning to far over so i took this looking upwards from the bottom.
We , Silverstar and i , took loads of other pics and it was a very educational time.
Unless your good with heights looking from the top of the tower is not for the faint hearted.
Sorry i havnt blipped in a while folks i am , as some of you know , fighting for access to my kids through the courts and i was in court on Monday the 4th of Feb only for it to be put back again till March.
The laws an ass .
I will post some back blips later and catch up with everyone as soon as i can.
