Then I will begin! I came to a sudden stop when I caught sight of this chair sitting in a field along the one track moor road to Penicuik. Whatever had possessed someone to go to the trouble to drive out to this fairly deserted spot and heave a huge chair over the fence topped with barbed wire. And this when there is a perfectly good council tip, open most days, in Penicuik itself where helpful workers assist you with heavy goods.
It made my blood boil. I needed to sit down! Whoops!!
