I'm not tired, I don't want to go to sleep

Today freddie wasn't tired and didn't want to have an afternoon nap. I however, was tired, and did want to have an afternoon nap. How do I get around this one I thought...

"auntie hellie wants to have a lay down because she's tired, are you going to lay on auntie hellies bed with her?"
"I don't Want to sleep"
"you don't have to sleep if you don't want to, just stay on the bed and play quitely while auntie hellie lays down"
Half an hour later.....
