year of the rat

i went to another chinese new year dinner this week.
food was awesome -- steamboat is always good. it was really warm inside the restaurant though. hot soup, steaming chinese tea, crowded place -- definitely not a good combination.

this is a photo of us 'attacking' the yee sang. i only got one shot then decided to join in the fun.

the higher you 'throw' it in the air the better they say...(sorry for the horrible description. i'm still full from the dinner. can't think properly yet)

well..hopefully this year will turn put better than the last..
