something for the weekend?

Spinach and feta croissant made by my own fair hand. Very nice indeed and in total shock that they turned out looking as profesh as they did.
They also tasted rather fabulous too; so fabulous in fact that we ate them in virtual silence standing in the kitchen.

(That's mango and chilli relish sploshed on it by the way)
