The Canine Patient

When Mrs B got home last night she decided that Nevis's leg injury was more serious than I had thought, so off he went to the vet this morning. And of course she was right - he needed some stitches. Cue a couple of hours in the surgery for him, and some major guilt for me...

So he has spent the afternoon moping about like a little lost dog, limping pitifully every so often (he didn't feel the need to limp before the stitches, but now he knows he will get sympathy!)

The hard part is now going to be keeping him on a lead all week til it heals, cause I'm sure he will be keen to run again pretty soon.
