Ladybird, Ladybird Fly Away Home

What a glorious warm Spring day. Francis and I spent most of the day in the garden with the ladybirds! Hundred and hundreds of the damn things! Francis delighted in pointing every single one out to me while I tried to keep my cool and say how lovely they were! My heart went at one point though when I thought one had landed on me but thankfully it was just a piece of mud!
I did manage to do some weeding today but am paying for it now. Just hoping my hip improves soon. There is so much to do in the garden (and in the house) and I really need my hip to start behaving so I can do it!
Fingers crossed for another sunny day tomorrow.
