Ami-Leigh

This is the first ever pic of me with my great-niece Ami-Leigh. After a fairly horrible year last year battling with lymphoma, my sister was thrilled to hear she was to become a grandma in early 2011. She is totally besotted with her first grand-daughter who was born, rather interestingly, exactly 25 years to the day since our own mother died - her great-grandma would have been totally enraptured with her too and she shares her auburn hair - a coincidence?

Either way she is totally scrummy and adorable and will soon be wrapping all who meet her round her little finger of that I am sure.
