Balancing

Haven't blipped all week because of being sick. We were going to go out yesterday but D pulled out 'cause of feeling crap so I decided that I would probably get better quicker if I did too, so it didn't go down. I think they all went round to D's and chilled, but I live slightly outside of Paris so I couldn't be bothered.

Today we went for another walk round another parc - we are slowly discovering more of Paris, which is really nice. It took us ages to get going which was slightly annoying because I just wanted to do something after being cooped up inside all week, but we did eventually, and I had one of the best baguette sandwiches I've had since I arrived here, bought some caramel popcorn and orangina, went to a Lidl, walked round Parc Montsouris, got a bus to Montparnasse and had some nice Mexican food in a restaurant with two super hot waiters and a woman running it who I want to have as my new mum. After that K and I got a bus back to hers, where I collected the books we had salvaged from her recycling earlier that afternoon and then got the last bus back to mine.
