Organisation

As a working Mum who has to get 2 kids ready for school, herself ready for work and us all out of the house by 7.30am I'm always trying to find ways of making my early mornings easier. Thus part of my evening ritual consists of laying out the lunch boxes ready to be packed the next day. Tonight I've even prepared fresh fruit, made egg mayo (so the kids can have a change from ham!) and put coffee ground in the caffetiere for my much needed am caffeine fix. Anal or what?!
