Happy Ostara Dawn

I'd never heard that name before I read this.

Last night I checked out the time of sunrise, curious to see if it was exactly twelve hours after sunset. Learned the sun should rise at 6.16am.

Not being a morning person, I was astonished to wake up at exactly 6.16! Nothing for it but to go out and greet the dawn. An interesting experience, shell pink skies but the hills to the east of us and a thick bank of cloud meant there was still no sun visible after an hour. Well worth doing though, you'll be amongst the first to know if it becomes a habit.
