You Are What You Eat...
...therefore...
Today I am (breakfast) scrambled eggs on toast - two of each - along with a lovely hot cup of char. I am (pre school snack) a banana and (lunch) half a large helping of pasta and sausage, a handful of strawberries and a flake. I am (lunch 2) second half of pasta and sausage, a few more strawberries and three quarters of a large red pepper. I am (pre swim snack) a banana and (post swim snack) an apple and last quarter of red pepper. Finally, for the price of 25LE - 2 quid - I am (dinner) this prawn curry and chicken shwarma - local kebab.
I am full!
