Spring is here at last

Today has been beautiful (weatherwise). Unfortunately I had to spend 8.5 hours of it in an office with no natural light :/

Counselling went well today, although now I am mostly an emotional wreck. Interesting discovery from today's session: I'm not good in relationships where I'm overly cared about because I'm not used to the attention/care and I push people away to see how long it takes before they break. Makes sense. Go me...
