Basking in sunshine

I spent so much time outside today, it was awesome! I'm very bad at squandering sunny days indoors and regretting it later, so today was different. The key is not to be sucked into staying on the laptop for hours and hours when it's just wasted time anyway.

There's nothing particularly special about this shot except the all around loveliness of the day. I was walking back from the Water of Leith Visitor Centre along the canal and I spotted:
- swans
- ducks
- old people
- young people
- cyclists
- joggers
- rowers (millions of them!)
- waves (a tad blustery out)
- dogs
- dog poo
- graffiti
- daffodils

Off to meet napoleon at The Cameo to see "Submarine", by all accounts a very good flick.
