A friend of ours visited us some time ago before the Odeon in York became Reel. It was threatened with closure then but it was eventually saved.

I filmed him talking about cinemas in general and the Odeon in particular.

We went to see Kill Bill 2 on the day I filmed him and had the Odeon's largest auditorium to ourselves, no one else! No wonder it was under threat of closure and demolition.
