The land of the rising sun...

Many of you should know that the Japan flag consists of a red circle in the middle of a white background, but many might not know the meaning of it.

The circle in the middle of the flag represents the sun. Japan is also known as Nippon in Japanese and when translated, it means 'The Land of the Rising Sun'. (The actually history is pretty long and I am lazy to type it out. sorry!) The white represents honesty and purity while the red circle/sun represents brightness, sincerity and warmth.

I have been to Japan once and they have portrayed the above characteristics well! From the bottom of my heart, I pray for the best for everyone in Japan! I pray for the land of the rising sun!

I have just cleared my wardrobe and packed my un-used clothes! Gonna purchase some necessities that I can donate before making my way down to the Red Cross!

Help of you can, if not at least pray for Japan.
