I had a long journey home tonight, my usual commute home take about 20 minutes, often quicker on a Friday. Tonight however was vastly different. Due to an accident a road was closed, this blocked all the usual rat runs, after an hour and 10 minutes I parked the car on the grass verge and walked the rest of the way, I took the opportunity to buy a lottery ticket. If I don't win at least I've earnt my Friday gin!!
