lovely day. The best bit was started while talking about school uniforms, and sparked a chat with my Mum about her childhood. I love chats like that, so we talked of long forgotten department stores, school and growing up, it was really lovely. I like listening to people speaking about their past. My Mum isnt old, at all. But she had lots of stories to tell today. And as the city changes constantly, none of the shops or places remain the same. It brought back a memory of shopping as a child in a shop in George Street for school uniforms and books. a really old fashioned store, and I hadnt thought about it in years.

I am relaxing now in my jammies, looking forward to a rare family day tomorrow. :-)
