In Salford, everything is called Lowry something - it is very confusing for the visitor (yes, we do get some).

At The Lowry, people often pull up in taxis hoping to check into The Lowry Hotel which is 3 miles away. I imagine similar scenarios happen at the Hotel.

The taxi drivers must have a field day.
