Pasque flower

Pulsatilla Vulgaris.

The flower which tells us it's Easter time, Passion/
Pasque.

According to Greek legend, it sprang from the tears of Venus, and Dioscorides recommended its use for ophthalmia, as did Gerard and Culpeper.
