The one good thing about having to go to bed at 5pm with a migraine and a good knowledge of pharmacology is that you can wake up ridiculously early the next day feeling a lot better. I even made it to the farmers' market at opening time. Unheard of.
After buying some bread, brown shrimp and a pot of honey I headed into to forest to snap some ponies. Half of them were still asleep (they probably haven't given up their snooze buttons for lent though) and this guy was just waking up as he was being dive bombed by flies. Needless to say I ran a hasty retreat from the bugs and headed home for a fourth cup of tea.

Having re-read the above I think I should lower the dose of my migraine medication.....
