The way it grows in height and extension, without no code nor order, responds anyway to its own logic. This logic is the same for each shanty town in the city, I mean to grow as it is necessary; to build as you can; to excavate ways (not streets) between the houses; to live in the "streets" because houses are unhealthy, and survive as you can.
