Netmums curry

We had a large amount of white potato, sweet potato and butternut squash, so I decided to make a potato curry. I wanted something quick so I went for a recipe I found on the Internet a while back, it's so simple but the taste is fab and I even have enough for lunch the next day. Every time I use this simple recipe I add things in, mix it about and add different ingredients.
