Landing gear down . . . .

Good busy day and feel I have accomplished most of what I wanted to do on my day off work. Also went to see Northern, and am happy to report she is definitely on the mend. She certainly has her appetite back!

This was taken from the cliff top, the fulmars were having a great time in the wind, soaring off over the sea, swooping down and gliding over the wave tops before turning back into the cliff again. Some of them are starting to nest by the look of them - quite a lot of pairs sitting on the cliff ledges and a fair bit of squabbling going on! The sea was wild and there was spray everywhere, very exhilarating and made me feel glad to be alive.

Sometimes a walk on a windy cliff top is just what you need to put your world to rights!
