Eating for Two...

This is tonight's meal.

Pork chop with apple sauce, simple enough...

Fettuccine alfredo...the boxed stuff(lazy, but yummy)...

Then, the main attraction on my plate.

Brussel sprouts with lemon juice, bacon, garlic, and fresh grated Parmesan.

Absolutely delicious. Pork was cooked to perfection, pasta was delicious and the brussels....oh, the brussels... I shall mourn their passing, because I have no more in the house to make...lol

I want to thank Wandering Gypsie for her blip of food today. Gave me the inspiration to blip my dinner as it sat in front of me....LOL.
