Glee

Wild abandonment, glee, pure joy, that didn't cost a penny.

Apparently kids laugh on average 400 times a day. Adults on average 15 times.

That's sad.

It seems to come naturally at their age. But later it seems to happen less often. Maybe because I'm analysing everything all the time, over-thinking. Too worried about what I look like, or if I'm doing it right.

I'm aiming to laugh more, play more, and let go more often.
