Mouse Embryonic Fibroblast Immunofluorescence

So I thought I'd try something a bit different for my blip today, and show some more of the work I'm doing in the lab.

This picture taken of Mouse embryonic fibroblasts under a microscope shows the nucleus stained blue with my protein of interest in red - it's generally quite diffuse throughout the cell under this condition with some regions of high expression (The bright red dots)

I will be doing much more immunofluorescence in the coming weeks and so hopefully I can update you with more nice pictures when I get them!
