Abandoned House

I pass this house each time we drive to the grocery store. I've wanted to photograph it before but my little girl doesn't like her car-seat and we are usually rushing either way when we get there. Today however was different and I took the time to go out and photograph the house and the lawn that's in as much decay as the house. Some of you might remember I had a on the go shot of the house a while ago taken from the car.

It brings up a lot of questions. Why is it empty/decaying? Why is a lawn this big in the middle of the city left alone full of weed and junk? ...

There is a Stephen King novel in it's story I think...
