Still Standing

I've been in such a good mood all day.

While I was up with insomnia playing Snood at 4:30 in the morning last night, the professor of my only class today sent an email that he had to cancel it... yessss! This ended up in me doing some productive things until going to bed at 8am, sleeping til 1, then getting some China King with Bess = talking and laughing till we'd cry/almost spit pop everywhere. Lemme tell you though, the food was delicious. I've been craving it lately and it just hit the spot.
Next I met with an adviser about my graduation/prereqs for grad school questions and did a couple hours worth of group work for Environmentalism in America class. Right after seeing Wrion on my way out of the library, I took this of the statue on college green. Moments later, Amanda (also in the photo with Wrion) and I crossed paths. It's her birthday on Friday... I'm excited.
After relaxing at home for a bit, Shaun and I went to Taco Bell for dinner... only to find it closed due to a power outage. What was super strange was the fact that Wendy's, McDonald's, Burger King, and Pizza Hut were all out of power, too... but all the buildings between them were fine. Not like they're right next to each other either... weird. (My Environmentalism project is about the book Fast Food Nation and my parts are: fast food advertising, child obesity, and nutritional information... so basically I was writing bad things about fast food chains all day. Then all their power is out. Coincidence?) The rest of the night consisted of Project Runway and hanging out with people over at Erica's.
It was a good day.
